Religious protesters at an abortion clinic are the 21st century American equivalent of a crowd about to stone an adulteress.

I'm glad stoning is illegal in this country. For now.

I remember the kooks attempting to block Dr. Tiller's clinic. Eventually he was shot... twice, the second time fatally... At his church!

If folks want to protest, and they do so peacefully and legally, I don't have an issue with it.

4. a couple months ago, first time, i went with a woman to get an abortion. men my age, hanging over

the brick wall, shouting out and shaming the women and girls walking into the door, escorted by another man my age.

i will not forget the feel, of these men, my peers, doing this to women. and me looking them in the eyes, no fear, no guilt, no shame, no humiliation, challenging their intent.

i will never forget this.

it was one of the most offensive experience in the feel of man hating women i have experienced.

the upside? the man walking the women and girls in. he and i had good chats, in the hours long wait for the procedure.

5. Kudos to any men escorting women as this man did. The mere presence of some men doing so would

be something of a deterrent to the slimeball men harassing these women.
