Sen. Barbara Boxer (Calif.) Boxer has said she is leaning against voting for TPA.
Sen. Dick Durbin (Ill.) He has concerns that the bill would give away Congresss right to take a close look at the trade agreement and how it might impact our country and our states, a representative said. Durbin, the No. 2 Democrat in the Senate, voted against similar legislation when it came up in 2002.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.) "Senator Feinstein is still reviewing the Trade Promotion Authority legislation and hasnt reached a definitive conclusion. She has spoken with the U.S. Trade Representative and will continue to speak with him and other stakeholders in the coming days, a representative said. Feinstein is one of four Democrats whose support could be crucial, according to Politico.
Sen. Tim Kaine (Va.) While Senator Kaine is generally supportive of free trade on account of how it's helped fuel Virginia's economy, he also feels that environmental and labor concerns should be taken into consideration as part of any final agreement. He has heard directly from voices on both sides of this issue and looks forward to a robust debate on the Senate floor soon, a representative said. Kaine is one of four Democratic senators the White House is lobbying to secure passage, according to Politico.
Sen. Angus King (I-Maine) The independent senator, who caucuses with the Democrats, is leaning no.
Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (N.H.) Shaheen is one of four Democrats whose support could be crucial, according to Politico. Im still trying to make up my mind, Shaheen told the paper.

Sen. John Boozman (Ark.) I think its going to be tight, said Boozman, who is leaning in favor of voting yes because the farm community supports the legislation.
Sen. Susan Collins (Maine) Collins is a co-sponsor on the Trade Adjustment Assistance bill with Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.).
Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (W.Va.) Im really looking at it carefully. Our state is under serious economic distress right now. So, Im going to look at it to see if it brings greater opportunities, Capito told The Hill.
