chapters are as bad as they seem to be, from the leaked documents.

I don't know if Fast Track (TPA) can be submitted again, after much arm-twisting and whipping and Air Force One rides and calls from Jamie Dimon.

And if it IS as bad as it portends to be, I am sure we will be told that this was the plan all along.
