I mean, they want to do the opposite of whatever Obama wants, right? So wouldn't that mean that they won't allow TPP to go through? Wouldn't that work in our favor?

by the threat of ISDS.
Traditional republicans have fought to keep their government closer than DC, I can't imagine them wanting to surrender local control to Asian based corporations. But then I couldn't have imagined Obama getting next to no support from dem senators.

they might get on board to end it.
Remember their "NWO" / "UN world government" fears that had them beginning the survivalist movement in the '90's?
This time those fears would have a basis in fact.
