Gregory Duncan, 36, was a no-show for his sentencing Wednesday on his conviction for punching a Marine who was standing up for gay friends in Omaha's Old Market.

Douglas County District Judge Leigh Ann Retelsdorf issued a warrant for Duncan.

After the no-show, Duncan's attorney, James Martin Davis, called it Duncan's third strike.
