Jeb has come off as amazingly likeable during his campaigns in Florida. I am now starting to see why. How you comment can be accurate is beyond me, but it just might be the truth.

W beat Anne Richards in 1994 and so had a head start. Jeb did not become governor until after the 1998 election and by then W had a huge headstart
