Please keep that in mind the next time you bash them for their weight.

Well aware of my weight and that its not healthy. The odd thing is I easily quit cigarette smoking and drinking years ago like it was nothing. But continuing with a healthy diet and exercise routine has probably been the biggest challenge of my life.

I've been in recoovery from alcoholism for 22 years. I was purely a social amoker (like at bars and parties) or stress smoker (like during finals week at school). I stopped smoking 3 weeks after I stopped drinking.

The junk foods and sweets? STRUGGLE!

I'm a fat left of center Democrat. limbooger, christie and grinch would be total asses if they had 28 inch waistlines instead of 28 inch watchbands.

While gluttony isn't the only cause of obesity, it would seem to figure in the weights of the Corpulent Trio, especially Christie. That guy looks like he's closing in on the big 500. I wonder if he can still clasp his hands in front of himself. I know he hasn't been able to fold his arms in years.
