That poster doesn't say anything about God or any of the other things you bring up.

Almost certainly, she either believes in a God or gods, or other similar concepts, or she doesn't.

Nontheism is just as much a statement about whether or not there is a god as theism is. N.T.

A religion is not a "map for a journey", it's a set of factual statements like "God exists"; "such and such a miracle occurred", "this is what happens after death", which can be either true or false, but not both, and sometimes but not always a set of ethical positions - "we should act in such and such a way", which can be good or bad ethics.
Either there is a God, or there is not - there can't be on for you but not for me, or vice versa.
So I think that the sentiment this expresses is essentially mistaken.

The point being that you don't have the right to force me to live according to your opinion.
Or vice versa.

Either way, my point stands.

Otherwise I would say you are letting logic get in the way of the point but that's OK. I agree with the sentiment of the poster and am not bothered one bit by any ambiguities.
