A very clever method of dumbing down the debates by flooding the primaries with many, many potential candidates while the DNC goes begging for another 1 or 2.

1. Probably, just give each candidate 5 minutes each...

To spout off whatever nonsense they want, without interruption.

They get another 3 minutes each without interruption to address whatever each other have said.

Then they get 2 minutes each to give their closing arguments.

They wouldn't have to talk to each other or chide each other, and just get them to go pure soundbyte.

2. Right now they over 21 and I doubt the networks will give them that much time.

Then see what shakes out?
