Liberal see prey and predator coexisting.

(47,675 posts)2. I've got two new kittens about that size. They aren't afraid of anything.
I imagine they would both do the same with a bird. The 70lb border collie doesn't even bother them. Our 22lb sheltie's leg "feathers" and tail are playthings and she just does her best to step around them. Rabbits and cats are a natural predator/prey combination, but none of the carnivores has ever tried to hurt ours. It's really funny when natural "enemies" don't act the way you expect.
Besides, parrots are naturally cuddly critters. Kittens are warm. Good combination.
