I suppose eyeballing the heap of guns, 300 could have been mistaken for 1000.
Unless there really were 1000 & 700 just sorta disappeared ...hmmm.

I guess the Waco PD wanted to clarify the reporting, I think they are pretty adamant about wanting news reporting to be as truthful as possible. At least that's what I got from the last PD news conference.
