The city police cruisers used to have "BUILDING A PARTNERSHIP" written on the upper edge of the trunk lid. After a while, almost all of them had part of the loop on the 'P' and most of the 'NER' scratched off --
making it into 'BUILDING A FART - SHIP'.
I haven't seen that slogan on city vehicles in a while.

who has a billboard on the highway. One time it said
