Their National Assembly voted to make it illegal for major food chains to destroy discarded food and they must either donate such food to a charity, give it to be used as animal food . used to create energy or as compost.

into finding a food bank. I believe I saw the US throws away approximately 40% of its food and can't afford to feed our hungry, poor and disabled.

2. In the USA, there's been lots of workers fired for simply eating a small amount of the food..
