It's fun to see two Republicans going after one another

1. It is nice to see cracks in the ranks on that side of the aisle

but the Guardian got it wrong: Rand Paul's long speech was not a filibuster, did not prevent the process in the Senate from going forward, and was not responsible for the NSA bill stalling.
