Meanwhile, in another thread, members are jumping all over each other to pledge their support for Obama; yes, the Obama who makes the things pictured above possible. And anybody who considers these incredible violations of not only the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but also every human rights treaty ever signed by the US, reason enough not to vote for Obama, is being shamed by saying things will get worse with a Republican president.

Worse?! Worse than what's featured above? What's worse than that? Giving the US president the authority to declare you, US citizen, an enemy of the state and have you executed without ever having received a fair trial? Surely Obama would never do such a thing...

Oh, wait...

But don't stay home come election day, because without Obama, things will get worse!

What unions will President Romney see as supporting terrost groups.
What judges will President Gingrich deem terrost.
What religous groups (not hers) willl President Bachmann declare as enmines of the people.
And if not one of them, if not soon; this discrace will hang over the heads of the American people for a long long time.

when this counted:

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

and they believe in the 'lesser of two evils', and surely that nice Obama will never even *use* the power to put people in indefinite detention, right? (Yeah, and FDR never rounded up hundreds of thousands of Japanese Americans and put them in concentration camps...)

whoever pays them the most money. There must be money to be made on this (private detention facilities I guess) or it wouldn't fly....
