Been thinking

about the time years, hundreds maybe a million years from now and the people will start finding shit from our era on earth and I'm sure they'll be mystified by our electronics.

I think that man in one shape or form has inhabited this planet for eons. Also seems to be years between when we bounced back from whatever the catastrophe was that pretty much done the world as they know it in. This old planet we live on is very much alive. Nothing says out of the blue an asteroid is headed our way right now and we just don't we're in its trajectory yet. Shit happens fast in space. Nothing says a volcano won't just erupt any one place on this planet, Its happed before and sure can again, best I can tell. Lot of ways we can all be put in a bad situation without a clue before its way too late.
I guess I'm really more interested in this train of thought than I am on a lot of the fluff that goes on in our every day lives.

anyways probably shouldn't be thinking this early in the day LOL
Peace

which had become a northern Wisconsin tourist trap with a fishing museum housed in a 4-story plastic fish-shaped building & lots of similar tasteless development. Anyway, my angle was to write an archeological report from the perspective of a future dig on the town site and the strange explanations the archeologists came up with to account for the weird stuff they were finding. It was a hoot to write, but I never did anything with it & have long since lost it.
