Robert Reich on the need for more banker regulation re: JP Morgan Chase. CNN The losses are

apparently so big that JP Morgan Chase cannot get rid of them and sit with them and hope that the market doesn't turn for the worst says John Avalon. Reich says Dodd Frank rule would not have stopped this. Bankers have not learned anything. Suffering from arrogance and over-leveraging one more time.
