"Animal House" character, Douglas Neidermeyer, based on Mitt Romney's Prep School Days

Remember the character Doug Neidermeyer from "Animal House?" Turns out it was based on Mitt Romney. But unlike the character in the movie who went to Vietnam, Romney got a deferment and palled around France with cheese eating surrender monkeys.

Remember as appalling was his behavior was then, the fact he is lying about it now is even more pathetic. Character counts.

But seriously, didn't you all know this was coming.

Willard had to round up a "posse" to beat up and humiliate someone that didn't look right. And when called on it does not have the character to admit he's was/is a rich, entitled, homophobic, bully. Forgiveness comes after admission and contrition. All we get out of Willard is calculation.

by coming up with Mittens/Marmalard bumper stickers (yeah, rough day...). I ruled out Neidermeyer cuz Rmoney is a chickenhawk, but is indeed a sneaky little shit. He's even got some Kevin Bacon (Diller?) going on with the Christian missionary gig. I imagine it's just a matter of time before videos hit YouTube and merchandise is offered on CafePress.

The Washington Post has furiously edited that article for 24 hours now, and 3/5 of it is behind a login wall that I don't care to check.

But the version that was current yesterday mentioned that one of Romney's schoolmates contacted for the article became a Hollywood scriptwriter and/or producer, I don't recall which.

By this standard Romney would theoretically formed a posse of moneychangers to throw Jesus to the floor, cut off his hair, and then lie about it to his Dad.

"Isn't that special?"
