with more than 102 counties, 11,000,000 in population, and every judge in 25 circuits, every appellate judge (we have 5 districts, plus the Workers Comp Division) and every supreme court judge, every single clerk, every sheriff, multiple court buildings, electricity, computers, everything.

The F-35 runs (well, that might be debatable) $335,000,000 per copy. The ENTIRE Illinois court budget is only $300,000,000.
