Does anyone here have access to a website of celebrity managers,et al?

I remember seeing one not too long ago that didn't cost anything. I forgot to save the link,dang it.I am trying to set up some fund raising events for the candidates represented by my PAC, and I am virgin when it comes to this kind of thing.
