Thanks for posting it napkinz.

It's a great video. I love how she talks about backup singers. The person with experience is Gladys Knight. Be a Pip!

I'm referring to the text in the image.

The first part (what privilege isn't) is full of references to things with valence while the second part (what privilege is) is neutral thoughts not good or bad. I mean, is there something inherently good or bad about thinking a thought a privileged person would never think?

I don't privilege is thoughts with neutral valence, or is it?

We are wasting the capacity of the human race to do great things and solve the biggest problems. We can no longer afford this kind of vanity and ignorance.

Those whose mouth is running over a marginalized person, cannot learn what they need to know about the future. They are too busy listening to the sound of their own voices echoing.

Listen and learn. It's enjoyable to learn, and the woman who made this video is a joy to hear. Thanks for posting this, napkinz!

to do great things and solve the biggest problems.' That's a great point freshwest. Indeed it's enjoyable to listen and learn.

Much agreed that this video is a joy. It's great learning more about how to be an ally. She captures it very well, with humor.
