The US Supreme Court is considering a Republican/Conservative challenge to the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare"
.
If the challenge is upheld, people in 34 states will lose the Federal money/tax credits given to insurance companies (on their behalf) to make the health insurance affordable.
Health insurance for these 7.5 million people will go back to a higher cost they couldn't afford in the first place, leading to more uninsured Americans.
As they used to say in the old Schlitz Malt Liquor commercial: "Hey, things are back to the way they were."
