So what's up with the (I'm guessing Clinton operatives) out here calling Bernie Sanders racist?

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Sissyk (a host of the General Discussion forum).

There's a million threads on it and Google search came up empty.

Where did this come from?

And I'll just say this. I'm voting for Bernie Sanders in the primary. Obviously Hillary Clinton will want our support in the general if she defeats Bernie Sanders in the primary. This is not the way to go about it.

I have to admit that the huge kerfuffle here today finally drew me in.

It was pretty funny at first. Then I was aghast at the nastiness on both sides.

saying about Bernie what some Bernie supporters are saying about Hillary.
Hillary supporters do not hate Bernie and are not afraid of him. There is no reason for Hillary supporters to do as you suggest.

a post linking to a blog that suggested he didn't go far enough about racism in his campaign launch set off one poster, known to be occasionally vitriolic, which subsequently incited this entire series of threads about whether or not Bernie is racist.

I won't even bother to chalk it up to 'Clinton operatives'. Online trolls don't actually need to be for or against any particular candidate or issue, they just want to stir up division and strife, and can use either side of any possible divide to do their work. Heck, wouldn't put it past folks to have accounts pretending to be on both sides, and sniping at 'each other' to stir things up.

It's stemming from the whole economic vs social justice debate plus Bernie had mostly white people at his kick-off speech which brought out the "racist" horde out of nowhere.

That and because people just want to fucking argue for the sake of it. :/

Earlier, there was the insinuation that anyone who supports Bernie is a "useful idiot" for Republican ratfuckers.

And before that, there was the screaming that Bernie was going to pull a Ralph Nader and spoil the election for the Republicans, which is especially laughable considering that Bernie is running for President as a Democrat, not an independent or third-party candidate.

And there was the accusations that Bernie is an NRA-certified gun nut...

Making up persecution posts to bolster Bernie, isn't a way to go about it either. Speaking of which, I suppose you havent seen all the shit being posted about HRC lately, have you?
