Santorum was on Morning Joe today and has rolled out a big proposal that really helps the little guy/gal tax wise:

A FLAT TAX!!!

Yep, the old wheezing and farting notion that a flat tax really, really, helps people at the lower levels of income.

It never fails to AMAZE me at how stupid these repukes think we are.

3. well, this myth has been destroyed so many times in the past, it is really Rick's stupidity

that gets me. He thinks that something that "sounds" simple and easy is inherently as unfair as it gets and the poor and near poor are screwed while the rich laugh all the way to the bank.

5. Everyone I've ever heard push a flat tax

has claimed it would be good for working people. It's just such bullshit. You only have to look at who recommends it to know that's not so, but when you do the sums it's even more clearly evident.

I'm not worried that someone will step up and point out the simple truth about how unfair the flat tax idea is. Once it is explained simply to people they will get it.
