I've been thinking of ways to appeal to the right wingers
It's been said we need to come up with ways to win the right-wingers over to our side, so I've been thinking of what we could propose that would win them over. Here's what I've come up with:
1. All gay people should wear a pink triangle on their clothes so it will be easier to identify them, chase them down, and "beat the gay out of them".
2. Mexicans should only count as 3/5 of a person. They're obviously not equal to "normal" folks so we shouldn't count them as equal.
3. We need a constitutional amendment to take away women's right to vote. Face it, we as men made a mistake. Women can't be trusted to know what is best for women.
4. Any non-white person must have at least six forms of identification to prove that they were in fact born in America. And then we still can't be sure...
5. Muslims should be forced to live in designated "reservations" or "camps" for their own safety and for ours. It worked with the American Indian and Japanese-Americans, so it should work with Muslims.
Some of these have been done in the past with varying results, but they're worth another shot if it wins a few votes from the right side of the aisle. Women many put up a fight over number 3, but since women argue about everything what do we have to lose? And yes, I know six forms of identification is just a random number, but I couldn't come up with a number that would absolutely satisfy everyone that a non-white person wasn't born in Kenya, for example.
It's just a start, but maybe we can work these into our platform before we hit Charlotte this summer.
