(4,450 posts)Faculty and students have an official voice in how the University is run (policy, course offerings, standards, admissions, etc). This has now been removed, and ALL authority rests with the Chancellors and Board of Regents, all of whom are appointed by our Governor, one Scott Kevin Walker.
