"Jerome Hill, 31, who described himself as a six-year U.S. Army veteran who served in the Iraq War, said in a lawsuit filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in San Francisco that he was forcibly removed from a car parked near his home on June 2, 2014, by Fairfield police Sgt. Rebecca Belk and Officer Michael Ambrose.

During a struggle, the officers Tased him in his left eyeball, back and thigh, according to the lawsuit.

“While plaintiff was face down on the ground, screaming in pain and covering his bleeding left eye, defendants fired their Tasers into plaintiff’s buttocks,” the suit says. Hill was handcuffed, and he “lay on the asphalt street with blood oozing from his left eye.”

The video shows the cops escalated the situation.

She had already determined that someone was going to be arrested.

She had already determined that someone in that car was 'guilty' of something.

She steadily escalated the situation in a eerily calm and purposeful manner.

She kept inferring that the occupants of the car were not cooperative.

I thought they acted respectfully, calm, and very confused.

She was irritated that the driver was on her phone, the radio was playing, and the

driver opened the door instead of rolling down the window.

She was annoyed that the man she tasered in the eye was bleeding.

She had zero empathy for the mans safety or well being, as she rolled him

from side to side with blood running from his eye.

This female officer is a severe danger to the public.

I live in a country where the police are a danger to the public.

I live in a country where the police abuse the public.

I live in a country where the police torture the public.

I live in a country where the police murder the public.
