Lis Smith is deputy campaign manager overseeing communications, policy and research. Smith, a prominent Democratic operative, served as Obamas director of rapid response during the 2012 campaign, and has worked for de Blasio, for the Democratic Governors Association, and on a host of other campaigns.
Gabriela Domenzain is director of public engagement. Domenzain served as director of Hispanic media for Obama in 2012.
Karine Jean-Pierre is deputy campaign manager overseeing political, constituency and fieldwork, with a focus on the early states. She has worked in the Obama White House, in the Office of Political Affairs, and in 2012 served as Obamas deputy battleground states director.
Hailey Arends is chief financial officer. She worked on Clintons 2008 presidential campaign, for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and on a number of other contests.
Sarah Miller is policy director. She previously served on Clintons 2008 presidential campaign, at the Treasury Department and at the Center for American Progress, where she worked as a top aide to John Podesta, who is now Clintons campaign chairman.
