I appreciate his posts, which are quite neighborly for me.

I might be making assumptions about him, but this last month of daily rain and storms that swelled into floods has been highly stressful for Texans. I know I'm barely functioning (and just got back from the doctor). Anyway, even though the weather's over, it's a very hard time even without major health stuff (which can only be aggravated by Mother Nature's tantrums).
