Interracial marriage threatened by NC Republican anti-gay bill

Amazing! They are coming after everyone that does not fit their creepy mold! Sometimes some people don't pay attention to things like this because if only affects others, but between the lines they are coming after those ignoring it too.

Rachel Maddow explains how Republican legislators in North Carolina are poised to override a veto by the governor of an anti-gay marriage bill that would also make it legal for clerks to reject marriage licenses for interracial or interfaith couples.

Well, if they override the veto it should go to the courts fairly quickly, and eventually it will be overturned. That's the way we get things done in this country today.

imagine someone denied marriage because of faith or race, but that said, I do believe there are possibly some that would love to see this. All of the problems in the world, and some damn fools are trying to do this stunt.

Pass unconstitutional laws, clog the courts with test cases, refuse to confirm judges, paralyze all government, then bitch about how "government doesn't work." Never forget that their goal is to drown government in a bathtub, privatize everything, and laugh all the way to the bank.

Read the bill:

http://www.ncga.state.nc.us/Sessions/2015/Bills/Senate/PDF/S2v3.pdf

Nothing is rejected. They recuse themselves and cannot perform any duty that has anything to do with ANY marriage for a minimum of SIX months.

Trying to extract something from this bill that has anything to do with interracial marriage is pure buffoonery.
