Since "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" is on TCM, we all ought to view this.

They didn't make them any better than Spencer Tracy. Or better than this. What a way to go out.

You can see Katherine's eyes are shiny during the whole movie. He passed not long after.

You can see the contrast by watching say Desk Set.
