I watched the video and although I am not sure why he is even there, he seemed to be holding the other women back from the one the officer was throwing around. She may have actually backed into him.

He was maybe just a nosy jerk and wanted to help take down some black people, but I don't see it as him being a pervert. Either way I am not sure why he felt he needed to get involved. Unless someone has more video of him like grabbing the girls head and forcing it into his crotch, I believe this takes away from the real tragedy that occurred and sin't worth making a big deal over.

I am a lot more interested in whether this thug in a uniform will be prosecuted.
