2. Years ago, I suggested that every large piece of munition or weaponry the US gave to other countries

should have self-destructs built in, with 'expiration dates' or the ability to remotely destroy them simply by getting some sort of transmitter in the vicinity of them or both.

American provided weapons and equipment routinely fall into the hands of 'the wrong people'.
