Franklin Graham is calling on Christians to boycott corporations that feature same-sex relationships in their commercials. And he says hell do his part by moving all the bank accounts for his two ministries out of Wells Fargo because of its ad featuring a lesbian couple.
This is one way we as Christians can speak out we have the power of choice, Graham wrote on Facebook over the weekend. Lets just stop doing business with those who promote sin and stand against Almighty Gods laws and His standards. Maybe if enough of us do this, it will get their attention.
Reached Monday, a spokesperson for Wells Fargo said the bank has proudly supported the LGBT community for a long time a commitment echoed by the ad.

Upset that Wells Fargo is running an ad which includes the story of a lesbian couple learning sign language before adopting a child who is deaf, Franklin Graham announced last week that the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association will no longer do business with the bank.
Graham spoke with Craig James of the Family Research Council, which is cheering on Grahams announcement, on yesterdays edition of Washington Watch, where he explained that he will be switching to BB&T, another North Carolina-based bank.
Graham may not have done much research, as BB&T has received an 80 percent score in the Human Rights Campaigns Corporate Equality Index and this year is the sponsor of the Miami Beach Gay Pride Parade, along with the chief sponsor of Miami Beach Gay Prides Legacy Couples program, which celebrates same-sex couples in committed relationships of 10 years or longer.

(3,967 posts)I don't know much about them, but they have a site that allows you to select and donate to charities with your credit card, without them taking out the 3% fee like all the other cards do.
To qualify this - they might still suck, I just know about this one good thing that I like. Sorry in advance if it turns out that they do other things that we don't like.
