Does he get to keep his pension?

Does he get to still carry a weapon?

Can he become an officer in another jurisdiction?

We have no idea what is in the deal they struck for him to resign.

Since he didn't get convicted or disciplined, his leaving the force is considered "voluntary".

Pat Robertson really stuffed both feet in his mouth today, those crumpled dollars saved from meager Social Security will now go to Casebolt.

He's probably been able to keep his pension at this point. At least we can be happy he's no longer on the police force.

That may be an indicator there will be charges.

Hopefully the other cops on scene will be charged for not coming forward before the video went viral. I'm guessing there are at least a dozen falsified reports on file.
