The serious answer is unclear. Mormon theology is rather a thicket on the topic. dimbear May 2012 #2

I'm just thankful I'm not a Mormon. Coffee comes more immediately to mind, however. n/t cr8tvlde May 2012 #6

They can't really condemn something so important to their history, something which at one time was important to their spiritual advancement, yet something they bargained away to get statehood.

Like I say, a thicket.

He has said he opposes polygamy and yet his great grandfather had several wives. He may publicly denounce racism but belongs to a cult that used to believe being dark skinned symbolized being a descendant of Cain.

The fact he was a bully in high school is consistent with his behavior as an adult. His entire career has been built on crushing the little people be they employees, creditors, etc. in the name of whatever he deems to give him wealth.

He is a very disturbed man who, unfortunately, has a chance of becoming the next President of these United States. I'm not counting him in but I'm also not counting him out.

That is not my view either, but I see where you're going with this.

I could never belong to a religion that disallowed caffeine. Heck, Pagans consider Caffeina a Goddess!
