I would guess that shooting at an Obama target would be illegal. I don't know, but it seems to me. robinlynne May 2012 #14

Un-Christian, and certainly Un-American! Well, on the other hand, maybe not - in "their" America. Dear God, what this kind of disgrace says about us to the rest of the world...

Innocent kid dead
Someone is making a profit off of it
Some people think it is a cool target to shoot at
For some reason these people don't get kicked off the shooting range in humilation

... is that, were it not for people actually shooting at these, they would be a biting piece of criticism of the whole gun culture.

I see tons of different targets sold at shooting ranges; Bin Laden, Saddam, gunmen w/ hostages, thugs, Obama, other politicians, zombies, silhouettes, animal shapes, bullseyes, etc. I don't think it breaks any laws so there's probably nothing that can be done. Shooting at targets of high-profile dead teenagers is a pretty asshole thing to do.

There is a range I go to that lets patrons bring and shoot at "No Guns Allowed" signs (presumably taken/stolen from wherever)... I always get a chuckle out of the irony of anti-gun signs with bullet holes in them. Personally, I shoot @ paper plates, USPSA silhouettes, or X's drawn on blank sheets of computer paper.
