1. Off to the greatest! DUers have always been generous and dig deep, even if a body only has

5 bucks to give. And it doesn't even matter if the persona/person is popular or despised, DUers simply will not let someone go without.

The kind of story you linked to is just one of the reasons I keep coming back, despite my fair share of frustrations - lol.

we lived in queens, ny and it was impossible to buy there. fortunately IBM honored my husband's request for a transfer to phoenix. we banked my whole pay for a year. i worked every bit of overtime i could get -- sundays, holidays, nights.

good luck to you. owning a home is great.
