Dead Intern and the rest of the Republic Party sure can dish it out

but by the reactions concerning the brilliant ads coming from the Obama folks, they sure can't take it. The champions of lies and dirty politics can't handle being called on their bullshit. What whiny little punks they are.

Obama has learned from Gore's and Kerry's campaigns. You can't be on the defensive, and when they strike, you strike harder! Call them out on their bullshit and don't let them bully you. Like any bully, you stand up to him, and eventually he will shrink away.

For such a "tough guy" kind of party, the Repigs sure seem to be the biggest whiny babies in politics. Obama just needs to keep hitting, hitting, hitting. And when Romney comes out with an attack ad, Obama needs to come out immediately and strike back.

This is the way to run a campaign nowadays. Keep it up, Mr. President. Don't let them get away with their bullshit.

I really hope and pray that this doesn't turn into another bait and switch.

We need this kick-ass attitude taken to the banksters. W got everything he wished for even with the dem majority. If that drunken armchair warrior can do that, then so can we. No more excuses. No more kow-towing to Timmeh, either. Just beat the living crap out of them all.

Democrats need to be offensively (both senses of the word too) aggressive in Congressional campaigns as well. Loudly and vociferously call bullshit on Tparty talking points. Negative ads against Republicans are a definite plus as long as there are plenty of ads pointing out The Presidents and Democrats accomplishments too. VOTE A STRAIGHT DEMOCRATIC BALLOT get Congress doing America's business again.

Why it is ok for Republicans to spin, lie and totally smear an opponent both Democrat or a Republican as Romney did to all of his primary opponents, and it is considered fine, they see nothing wrong with this.

But, let someone stand up against those ads and it is dirty politics and negative advertising.

to their corporate overlords.

What angers/incenses the republicans, all the wars on this the fear mongering etc would just make the democratic voter feel 'both sides are equally bad' if/when their side starts using tactics that sort of look like that negativity. A large part of that comes from hearing that from our 'liberal media' about how 'both sides' are engaging in dirty tactics when really one is lying and the other stands up with the truth/facts.

Now if we had an unbiased media calling out BS when there was BS and not shrinking to the republican victim mentality narrative whenever they are challenged or shown to be lying/incorrect we'd have a better chance at the issues not being framed from the conservative side.

Still it HAS to start with the democratic side not backing down to republican victimization/narratives in their favor. If it happens enough I don't see how the media can continue to ignore the truth in their face over and over, well at least everyone but Fox.

Why is truth looked at as negative? My mom said if you can't say something good, say nothing at all. Using that plan Democrats would never speak of a Republican again.

with Mittens "Why aren't we talking about jobs and the economy?" response to every question, and you know they're on the ropes. He's got no plan and can't speak on the issues. He's simply deflecting and running out the clock.

The DNC, (D) PACs and Obama campaign need to start asking "What bills have been advanced in the House to deal responsibly with jobs or the economy?" and "Can the U.S. economy survive being run under the Bain model?" Congress hasn't accomplished squat, and Bain-style vulture capitalism would destroy our country.

The second anyone has the guts to ask RMoney to lay out a detailed plan regarding jobs and the economy, he's toast - he's nothing more than a high-functioning moron with a handful of RNC talking points. The debates are going to be an embarrassing bloodbath for the Republics.

Basically ignore what your opponent is doing and concentrate on what you're doing.

Forget about whatever made up outrage they're whining about and keep hitting them. If they're bitching then you're on the right track.

I imagine the rest of you sat and watched, as I did, in total frustration, as Gore for one milktoasted his way through the election.

It's political barbarism. Not what I like. But if that's what it takes to eliminate the "disease", then so be it.
