In Charleston, S.C. a domestic terrorist entered the AME church and joined in with the prayers of the African American congregants. The shooter, apparently also a Christian, continued to worship with the group for about an hour before opening fire and killing 9.

It is unclear if the terrorist, a young white man, was motivated to kill the members of the AME church because he has been radicalized by Christian jihadists or because he has been radicalized by white supremacist propaganda.

No word yet whether the perpetrator will be held for trial in America or taken to Guantanamo Bay.
