For all who are confused about duplicate threads in General Discussion:

Please go to the Late Breaking News (LBN) section of this site.

There are no duplicate threads allowed there.

To anyone and everyone wondering about duplicate threads. They are allowed in the general discussion area of DU. They are not allowed in the late breaking news area of DU.

Here is the link for the Late Breaking News area of DU. It's also referred to as LBN (for Late Breaking News).
