Nikki Haley(R-Crocodile Tears, SC), TAKE DOWN THAT FLAG!!!

Last edited Thu Jun 18, 2015, 04:32 PM - Edit history (1)

We work day in and day out here in the Carolinas to get people of color and all people of goodwill elected. Republicans go to work everyday to get all people of goodwill arrested and people of color killed.

Haley and other Republicans RAN on the promise of raising the voices of white supremacy above the voices of equality and goodwill. They won by promising hate-filled voters that they shared their issues.

Unfathomable? Fvck YOU, Nikki Haley and the anti-democracy fascists, cronies, and evil-hearted supremacists you surround yourself with in order to gain and stay in power. What happened in that black church was EXPECTED.

UPDATE:
Despite mourning, statehouse Confederate battle flag remains at full staff

The Confederate flag flying at the Statehouse in Columbia became part of the Charleston church massacre story line Thursday after the U.S. and South Carolina flags were lowered in mourning but the rebel banner was left flying at its full height

What you likely will not hear about in the next few days is what happened the day after the church bombing.

On Monday, September 16, 1963, a young Alabama lawyer named Charles Morgan Jr., a white man with a young family, a Southerner by heart and heritage, stood up at a lunch meeting of the Birmingham Young Men's Business Club, at the heart of the city's white Establishment, and delivered a speech about race and prejudice that bent the arc of the moral universe just a little bit more toward justice.

It was a speech that changed Morgan's life—and 50 years later its power and eloquence are worth revisiting. Just hours after the church bombing, Morgan spoke these words:

Four little girls were killed in Birmingham yesterday. A mad, remorseful worried community asks, "Who did it"? The answer should be, "We all did it."

Haley - TAKE DOWN THAT CONFEDERATE FLAG -

A Republican Crying means one of two things:

"I really am compassionate though my policies will make you and your family suffer in so many ways."

"I am so sorry I got caught hiring prostitutes and dominatrix to dress me up like a baby and change my poppy diapers."
