Here we have it clipped with just one quick question, when it is clear there was a subject under discussion and she is addressing both the subject and immediate question. The Obama campaign was very dirty in 2008 about accusing Hillary (and Bill) of being racists using quick, Fox like propaganda editing. Clinton was just trying to get the poll right. Obama's support among white working class voters was slipping, but his support among black working class voters was not. Clinton started by making too broad a claim and so she qualified what she said. The idea that she was pandering to racist white voters was silly. It could only hurt her chances to do so.
