3. That event was a pivotal one for me.

It opened my mind and changed my view of the world. As an 18 year old kid from a small farm town in California, I had no idea. That bombing started a new thought process in my mind and change the direction of my life.

8. I recently rented "Mississippi Burning" from NetFlicks.

Watched it twice. I know that it is a fictionalized account. But it makes a powerful statement. Gene Hackman, Willem Defoe, and Frances McDormand are standouts. And the supporting characters are well played.

I recommend it. "What is wrong with these people?"

I don't say that lightly. Charleston was one of those events it takes a while to process. Those events are the kind that make people look into the mirror and think.
