She said that Jindal is unlucky #13 and has the lowest approval rating (27%) of any governor.

Christie has the second lowest.

How are they going to decide who is in and who is out? None are doing well. Bush is a semi-default front runner, by they are all polling quite low. They won't have 15 on the debate stage, would they?
