Tunisia Beach Gunfire Kills 'At Least 27' As Man Decapitated In French 'Islamist' Attack

Two separate attacks have caused chaos in Tunisia and France today as a gunman opened fire on a tourist beach hours after a man was decapitated in a French factory.
