De Pere WI man busted for 11th DUI, had VALID driver's license!

De Pere police arrested a 55-year-old man Wednesday evening for his 11th operating while intoxicated offense.

Police say Patrick Moore was driving a motorcycle when he rear ended an SUV on the Claude Allouez Bridge.

Police say Moore was intoxicated and they could smell alcohol. He was brought to the hospital before going to jail.

Police say Moore had a valid driver’s license.

11 DUI's and this guy still has a drivers license? He shouldn't even be walking around he should be serving time. Some days I wonder about out justice system.
