Obama: “I’m going to win.”

President Obama said in an interview airing Tuesday that he will win reelection this year.

“I’m going to win,” he said in an interview with ABC’s “The View,” which was taped Monday.

Obama acknowledged continued difficulties with the economy present a challenge for his campaign, but also said that the election should be a choice between candidates. He said he hopes American voters will make a decision between his and Mitt Romney’s visions for the country.

“Don’t compare me to the almighty; compare me to the alternative,” Obama said, quoting Vice President Joe Biden.

3. Doesn't the electoral delegate map depend on polling?

Until election day, the map indicates how people SAY they are going to vote.

13. If 90% of the people in Utah are going to vote for Romney

That gives him the same number of electoral votes as 51% voting for Romney. However it does skew national polling.

I swear the RWers drone on and on and on about how every little news item is somehow Obama's fault. Prices on orchids go up ... Obama did it. Someone drowns some kittens ... Obama set it up. There's a flood in the Midwest ... Obama caused it. I swear the opposition thinks he's the Messiah...omniscient and omnipowerful ... yet faulty. Yada yada.

He's going to win. Then he can get some real things done.

We should never take anything for granted when it comes to the GOP, though, and how the M$M wants to make the race a nail-biter despite Willard's gaffes.
Anything is possible if * was elected twice.

I think Obama has a marked advantage in November. But he doesn't have it in the bag. A couple mistakes and a low enough Democratic turnout and we're talking President Mitt.

So let's be optimistic, but not overly so.
