This week's scorecard: The good guys two, the bad guys one.

That racist flag is coming down, and LGBT's have a major and long fought for victory. In fact it's a victory for all of America. But... so-called free trade fast track authority passed as well. That's our one loss.

But overall it was a good week. As usual it's two steps forward and one step back. And the good fight against free trade agreements will continue.

Marriage equality became law and the racist flag is heading to museums; it was a very, very great week for America and this President's legacy.

The Court struck down the "vague" language of federal three-strikes sentencing.

A momentous week.

But the President's legacy will be somewhat tarnished by free trade. I am not trying to diminish those other things however.
