1. Second one was done by graffiti writers

Those are non-stock spray paint caps, and that's actually decent paint, maybe Montana or Ironlak. My guess, look for recent tags in a 5 block radius with the same paint and cap and you've found your mural defacer. Second picture was not done by the same person as the first, though.
